Fees

Initial Consultation

Bookkeeping

Every client’s needs are different and our service is individually tailored for each client, therefore the fees for the first 6 months are calculated on a time basis of £27.50 per hour.  Upon request, after 6 months we can review your account and provide you with a fixed monthly fee. Your account will then be reviewed every 6 months and the monthly fee adjusted according to the amount of work we are processing.  You can either return to the time based billing of £27.50 per hour or accept the new fixed fee (your account will be reconciled and any amounts owed to/by us will be included on your invoice).

Occasionally you may require bookkeeping carried out at your office, please contact us to enquire if we have availability.  The rate for on-site work will attract an increased rate of £38.50/hour + travel costs.

Extended Managment Reports

To provide the extended management reports £60 per hour.

VAT and CIS Returns

Submission of VAT returns and CIS returns to HMRC will not incur additional fees if we are engaged to handle your bookkeeping.

VAT Registration

To register for VAT with HMRC will cost £350.  (Submission of VAT returns is included within the bookkeeping fee above).
